1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IELTS Prep App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may provide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app. By using our services, you confirm that: (i) you are at least 13 years old; and (ii) your use of the services will not violate any applicable law or regulation in the province, state, territory, or country in which you reside.

IELTS is a registered trademark of University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia. This mobile app is not affiliated with University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, or IDP Education Australia.

4. COPPA Compliance

To the extent that the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998 applies, IELTS Prep App is not directed at children and does not seek to collect personal information from children under 13 years old. You may request access to and/or rectification of your data, or data relating to your children, at any time via our support address ().

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on IELTS Prep App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and software, are owned by or licensed to IELTS Prep App. Unauthorized use of any content may violate intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of IELTS Prep App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Prep App, its affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
